About me
Elizabeth “E.V.” Bell is Program Coordinator for the EEASC, supporting Green Step Schools and statewide professional development programs. Formerly with the South Carolina Sea Grant Consortium, she developed the nationally recognized Palmetto Environmental Education Certification (PEEC) and is passionate about place-based environmental education and stewardship.
